Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If this product doesn’t meet your expectations and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days after you receive the product.  Within this period, you may only return 1 product per customer. If you purchase more than 1 product, you will only be eligible for the refund of 1 of those products.  The 30 day period starts when the package is delivered by your carrier.

It is at our discretion if any items will need to be returned and whether you will be charged for applicable shipping charges.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

What is ViaBill?

ViaBill is a payment solution for purchases of up to $300. ViaBill enables you to “buy now and pay later” in four equal monthly installments, interest-free.

No credit checks required. Instantly approved in the checkout flow. We charge 25% on your card upon checkout and you pay 25% every month.

Does ViaBill charge interest or fees?

ViaBill charges no interest or mandatory fees.

How do I sign up for ViaBill?

You can sign up during the checkout process on any one of our merchants’ websites – simply choose ViaBill as your payment method.

For the initial sign up we will just need your email, phone number, and a credit/debit card. You’ll instantly know if you are approved!

In order to use ViaBill you must:

Be at least 18 years old have a valid and verifiable mobile number use a US credit card to make a purchase.

How to Pay in Full:

After logging in, choose Profile > Preferred Settlement and then enter the dollar amount you want to pay. Click confirm and they text you a verification code, enter that and click confirm, and the payment goes through immediately.
